FUEL SYSTEM HAVING LPG LEAKAGE PREVENTING DEVICE

PURPOSE: A fuel system having an LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) leakage preventing device is provided to prevent the injury on the human body due to a fire in a collision or an overturn of a vehicle by opening a gas charge valve only when the LPG is injected. CONSTITUTION: A solenoid valve(27) is installed in the position of a grip of a gas charge valve(20). The solenoid valve is operated by a controller(50), and selectively opens and closes a gas inlet of the gas charge valve. The controller is connected with an LPG charge detecting unit(60). A first and a second switch members(61,63) detect the opening of the door of an LPG filler and transmit signals to the controller. The controller analyzes the detecting signals transmitted from the switch members and operates the solenoid valve of the gas charge valve only when an engine is stopped, the door of the LPG filler is opened, and a signal for charging the LPG gas is transmitted.
