<p>The surfaces of a metal pull tab (20) which is hingedly secured to a metal bracket (14) on a zipper slider (12) and/or the surface of the bracket which engages the pull tab (20) is protected with a non-metallic relatively soft coating (22) which prevents wear caused by metal-to-metal contact between the pull tab (20) and the bracket (14) and reduces noise caused by free-swinging contact between the pull tab (20) and the zipper (11) or slider (12) to which it is attached.</p> |
