PURPOSE: An auxiliary device is provided to effectively prevent fire accidents and protect electric devices by breaking unstable voltage generated between cables. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary device comprises a condenser(C1) connected to ends of AC power terminals(H,N) and AC terminal of rectifier diodes(D1 to D4), and which controls current and reduces operating power for control circuit; a varistor(VR1) connected to the alternate current side of rectifier circuit, and which protects circuit from over voltage; smoothing and static voltage circuits(R1,C2,D5); a comparator amplifier(IC1) for comparing a reference voltage and a fluctuation voltage; a comparator amplifier(IC2) for comparing a reference voltage and a voltage formed by a duty factor; a transistor(TR1) for switching relay and display; a switch(S1) for function test; a buzzer(BZ) and an LED; a resistor(R8) for a PTC or a filament type bulb; and a switch(S3) which is turned off to give an alarm and turned on to operate an electric leakage breaker upon occurrence of abnormal voltage.
