PURPOSE: A dropping device of slag runner in a blast furnace is provided to reduce manual repairing work of the dropping device by coating a castable refractory material on the slag runner and the body of the dropping device thereof and supplying cooling water into a pipe formed inside the body. CONSTITUTION: In a slag runner and a dropping device of the slag runner which are installed inside metal case with chamotte refractory bricks stacked at the inner bottom part of the slag runner, and an indeterminate formed refractory material formed on the chamotte refractory bricks, the dropping device of the slag runner in a blast furnace comprises a body(10) which is rested on the indeterminate formed refractory material, and upper and lower parts of which are connected in two stage by a cooling circulation pipe(8), wherein a water supply valve is formed at an inlet side of the cooling circulation pipe(8) while a drain valve is formed at an outlet side of the cooling circulation pipe(8); and a castable refractory material(9) which is covered on the outer surface of the body(10) and clamped by a clamping means, wherein the clamping means is clamped by Y shaped anchor bolts(6), and a cooling water pressure gauge(13) and an air vent valve(12) are respectively attached to one side of the drain valve.
