WOODEN CRAFTED PRODUCT WITH ANNUAL RING PATTERN AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A wooden crafted product with an annual ring pattern and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maximize a natural beauty of the wooden products, thus improving a merchant ability of products. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of the wooden crafted product comprises the steps of; cutting wood into a constant size and gathering the cut wood pieces with an adhesive; forming a wood processed member as an outer mold of the wooden crafted product according to a desired shape; burning the surface of the member for expressing an annual ring pattern; scratching and flattening the surface of the member; performing a first coating of the surface of the member; grinding the surface of the member; performing at least one times of setting coating; completing the outer contour of the obtained wood crafted product through a grinding work for exposing at least one layers among the coating layers; and finishing the surface of the completed wood crafted product having an annual ring pattern.
