PURPOSE: A system for intermediating a bill and a bill card subscribed for a bill insurance is provided to improve convertibility of a bill and to enhance stability based on the guarantee through the insurance benefit by making a bill drawer subscribe for the bill insurance. CONSTITUTION: A purchaser company draws bills by subscribing for the bill insurance. The bill insurance guarantees the full payment of the insurance benefit when the bills are dishonored. A seller company receives the bills safely after checking if the purchaser company is subscribed for the bill insurance on the Internet. A financial authority checks the insurance subscription of the bills, and a bill holder is preferentially paid regardless of the status of the bills. A non-matured bill is immediately discounted at a low rate regardless of the credit ratio of a bill drawer. |
