PURPOSE: A register chip is provided, which can perform a stable operation by widening a phase tolerance range of an output signal as to an input clock. CONSTITUTION: According to a semiconductor memory device, a register file unit(20) outputs a command/address output signal(CApout) by comprising a number of register files(200i) corresponding to a number of command/address input signals(CAin) from a control part. And a timing providing unit(21) comprises a phase locked loop part(211) comprising a pair of phase locked loops(211a,212b) having a feedback loop respectively, and provides a clock signal to latch CAin and a clock signal to drive CAout to the register file unit.
