PURPOSE: To provide a high safety battery device which will not cause oscillations at an external terminal in the discharge control state from a microprocessor. CONSTITUTION: A battery state monitoring circuit is provided at least with a monitor terminal 12 for monitoring discharge current of a secondary battery and control terminals 10, 11 for controlling charge and discharge from outside, and is configured so as to maintains a fixed impedance of the monitor terminal 12 of overcurrent, when a discharge control signal is input from the outside. |
