PURPOSE: A device for switching heating and cooling of heating of heat exchanger for vehicle is provided to improve heat efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a compressor(2) installed on an outside of a duct(1); an evaporator(4) and a condenser(3) combined with heater both of which are installed in the duct; passage walls(5,6) formed on one side of the condenser combined with heater; outlets(7,8) formed on one side of the duct to supply air into a room; a damper(9) installed between the evaporator and the condenser to control a heater; a cut-off damper(10) installed between the passage walls; a discharge port(11) installed on one side of one of the passage wall; and a blower(12) installed on an inlet side of the duct so as to control wind direction.
