PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain air permeability between the rear side of an external wall board and a structural skeleton irrespective of the thickness of the external wall board constructed on the eave soffit part. SOLUTION: A venting corner member 10 is constituted by having a first top board 11, a second top board 13 located downward of the first top board and inclined downward in the front and a tie plate 16 for tying the forward end of the second top board 13, and an opening 17 is formed in the tie plate 16 for ventilation. Rain water entered from a gap between the first top board 11 and an eave soffit material 4 also flows down the second top board 13 inclined forward and is exhausted from the ventilating opening 17 in the surface side of a building plate 1.
