PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support planning of an efficient vehicle allocation plan that vehicles of a predicted number predicted in an vehicle allocation request are made to stand by in a predicted waiting place at a predicted waiting time zone. SOLUTION: Vehicle allocation destination informations including information of an area code of a vehicle allocation destination and an allocation time zone vehicle-allocated in the past, and landmark informations such as a building and a public facility together with the area code as information for specifying the waiting place for the each vehicle in an area partitioned by the area code or the like are accumulated in an accumulation file 30 by a vehicle allocation destination information accumulating means 2, the numbers of vehicle allocations in the past in every time zone in the each area are totalized by a totalizing means 3 based on the accumulated car allocation destination information for a prescribed period, and a totalized result is output as a vehicle allocation plan list table 50 to correspond to the information such as the landmark information for the waiting place, by an output means 4.
