PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device and an electric apparatus of low power consumption and long life. SOLUTION: A region 204b is provided inside an organic compound film 203b in which concentration of a first organic compound 201 and that of a second organic compound 202 are changing gradually, and yet, it is so structured that a region 201b where the first organic compound can fulfill its function and a region 202b where the second organic compound can fulfill its function be also formed, for realization of function of each material. With this method, an organic electroluminescent element of low power consumption and long life is provided, with the use of which, a light-emitting device and an electric apparatus are manufactured.
