A chaos−theoretical human factor evaluation apparatus includes a Liapunov exponent calculator(23)for chaos−theoretically analyzing a speech signal generated by digitizing a speech uttered by a human and calculating a Liapunov exponent and a Liapunov exponent change detector(24)for detecting a change of the Liapunov exponent of the speech calculated by the Liapunov index calculator(23).By calculating the load level in a cerebrum through a change of the Liapunov exponent detected by the Liapunov exponent change detector(24),it is possible to predict and determine a mental/physical activity.
