PURPOSE: A road surface cutting apparatus using a car is provided to allow a worker to easily and safely perform a cutting work of a road surface while the worker drives the car. CONSTITUTION: The road surface cutting apparatus using a car comprises a circular saw(40) fastened to a rear wheel base of the car, a wheel(20) provided with a height adjusting device(30), and a cutting water supply device(60) mounted on the car. The circular saw has a more reinforced fastening part(41) than typical saw for stone materials, and is formed with six bolt holes corresponding to bolts of the wheel base.
