PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a high-quality ferrule to be used for a device such as a multiple type optical fiber connector for two or more fibers, which can not substantially be manufactured heretofore. SOLUTION: The method employed for manufacturing the multi-fiber ferrule is that a large number of metallic sheets are produced having plural holes at desired accurate positions, by a forming method such as photo-forming in resist working like photo-resist, and having the same planar outside dimensions, and the metallic sheets are superimposed with the holes matched and stuck to each other to obtain a desired thickness for the manufacturing of the ferrule.
