<p>A quartz oscillation circuit (5) which generates a digital pulse signal for controlling e.g. a frequency conversion circuit (3) is disposed at a remotest position from a RF circuit (2) which handles a high-frequency signal in an IC chip (1), so that the harmonic from the quartz oscillation circuit (5) is attenuated at a proportion of the reciprocal of a squared distance to suppress the unfavorableness of superposing on an analog signal processed by the RF circuit (2) as a digital noise.</p> |
