FINE SPINNING APPARATUS AND TWISTED UNION YARN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce moderate stretchability without especially using a synthetic fiber filament having stretchable functions in a composite yarn. SOLUTION: This fine spinning apparatus comprises delivery rollers for feeding a winding yarn (e.g. a spun yarn or a filament), front rollers for nipping a roving and a bobbin for imparting suitable twists to the roving nipped with the front rollers and the winding yarn fed from the delivery rollers through a rotating type guide roller, twisting the roving and winding yarn together in the same direction and winding the resultant twisted union yarn. The delivery rollers are capable of feeding the winding yarn at a speed different from the surface speed of the front rollers. The twisted union yarn is obtained by twisting the winding yarn and the roving simultaneously or in the same direction and the length of the winding yarn and the length of the roving are different based on the unit length of the twisted union yarn.
