PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that dust or the like may fall down to make a floor dirty when an inspection panel is opened for the maintenance of a heat exchanging means and a filter thereof, in a conventional ventilator in which the inspection panel is constructed so as to be opened downward being fixedly hinged at its one end like a door. SOLUTION: The ventilator having the built-in heat exchanging means comprises a casing having an opening at the bottom surface thereof, a maintenance panel which coves the opening of the casing and detachably attached to the casing. the heat exchanging means which is disposed on the maintenance panel, at a position corresponding to the opening of the casing, and an expansion means which holds the maintenance panel as well as the heat exchanging means so as to move them vertically with respect to the casing. |
