摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for a system where a fuel cell and a battery pack are combined, which makes a power train efficient and advantageous in cost aspect, and keeps the operability in tolerable range and the quantity of discharge low, and to provide the system. SOLUTION: These method and system provide the control for the change of power load at start of a vehicle and the stationary operation state. This control reduces the maintenance cost of the vehicle by increasing the battery life and the fuel efficiency. Furthermore, this control reduces the vehicle cost by making the size of a fuel cell engine that a hybrid electric motor car requires while it responds to the load change quickly. This control raises the fuel efficiency by recovering, storing, and reusing the kinetic energy of the vehicle which is usually radiated as heat during braking.
