<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt body which has a beautiful color, is made by a weaving or knitting method, and is used for fastener tapes, various straps, and the like and whose color can simply be changed. SOLUTION: This belt body is obtained by weaving colorless transparent or semi-transparent fibers or colored transparent or semi-transparent fibers as warps 1 of a woven fabric 3 in the belt body with colored fibers as wefts 2 When the color of the belt body is changed, the warps 1 are used as such, and only the wefts are changed into other color wefts. Then, the warps are woven with the changed wefts. Since the warps 1 and the wefts 2 in the belt body are transparent fibers and colored fibers, respectively, the color of the colored fibers can be transmitted through the transparent fibers, thereby permitting the appearance of beautiful cross portions. Further, when colored transparent fibers are used as the warps 1, the color of the wefts are mixed with the color of the warps in the cross portions to create a characteristic color. Thereby, the belt body having the beautiful colors is obtained.</p> |
