SOLUTION: The device is provided with a laser control means 105 for controlling the light intensity of a laser beam in accordance with a recording signal, a reproduced signal processing means 106 for detecting a data reproducing signal from a reflected light, and a delay measuring means 108 for measuring the delay time Td between the recorded signal and the data reproducing signal, then the high accuracy of linking position is maintained even at the time of high speed recording by controlling the recording start timing in accordance with the delay time Td.
