PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification aid system or the like that can realize a convenient service by which a user obtains a sense of comfort much more. SOLUTION: When the system discriminates that a fault detector 1 installed e.g. at a house or a shop detects a fault state, the fault detector 1 transmits an emergency signal to a notice processing unit 2 via a network 4, the notice processing unit 2 conducts processing to teach a fault state to a predetermined notice receiver 3 and transmits the signal denoting it to the receiver 3 to inform the receiver 3 about the fault state.
