PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a terminal pole of a tapered shape from being fused. SOLUTION: An external terminal 3 is connected to a tip of the terminal pole 2 of the tapered shape by a welding part 4. A ring-shaped or cylindrical lead component 6 having a tapered hole 8 in its axial center is engagedly inserted into an outer circumference of the terminal pole 2 in a position lower than that of the external terminal 3, to contact closely with an inner face thereof.
