PURPOSE: A radiating fin of flat type condenser for heat exchanger is provided to improve heat radiating efficiency by expanding heat radiating area of the radiating fin. CONSTITUTION: A burr is formed on a refrigerant tube insertion part(6) of a radiating fin(4) to form a joining piece(7). The joining piece is layered to be closely joined to a flat type refrigerant tube. Louvers are formed between the refrigerant pipe insertion parts of the radiating fin to improve contacting with air. The radiating fin and the flat type refrigerant tube are securely joined to each other thereby.
