PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of easily and surely storing personal identification information even if it is long to some extent and inputting the personal identification information so that the contents cannot be grasped by a third person even if the input operation is seen. SOLUTION: A melody is used as the personal identification information. A user touches the touch panel of a position input part 2 and inputs the personal identification information as it uses the touch panel to resemble, for example, the keys of a piano and plays it. An input series generation part 5 simply treats the interval by comparing the previous touch position with the following touch and determining whether the touch position is transferred in the same interval, or transferred to a high-pitched tone or low-pitched tone. For sound length, the time interval of successive touches is measured by a clocking part 3. When the input is ended, the end button of an input end instruction part 4 is operated. The input series generation part 5 outputs an input series formed of a pair of interval information and sound length information corresponding to the melody inputted as personal identification. The input series is authenticated by, for example, being compared with a preliminarily registered registration series. |
