A conversation managing computer 6 generates conversation information and good impression information according to the personal information and register them in a conversation database 7 and a user-by-user good impression database 5. A user-by-user managing computer 3 obtains the conversation information and supplies it to the user terminals 1 and 2 according to corresponding good impression information. The user terminals 1 and 2 reproduces a conversation and when a user likes a conversation partner, registration information is supplied to the user-by-user managing computer 3. The computer 3 when obtaining registration information from both the sides of the conversation supplies customer information including the contact places of the opposite partners to the user terminals 1 and 2.
