PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill reception/payment device capable of executing certain data communication for cashbox management with securing an effective space inside the device, and to provide a small antenna plate capable of executing the certain data communication. SOLUTION: In this bill reception/payment device 1, a device body is provided with the antenna plate 8 for executing the data communication with a tag 90 of a cashbox. The antenna plate 8 has a structure wherein four coil substrates 81, 82, 83, 84 each having coil elements formed on both faces of a support plate are overlapped. By this structure, the certain data communication can be executed with a small occupying space without a communication error.
