PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete slope framework afforestation device allowing plantation shelves showing a good appearance along lateral slope frames regardless of a slope framework with vertical frame members at unfixed intervals to be inexpensively installed on a curved wall face using mass-productive, light and well-constructive members. SOLUTION: A plurality of columns 11 are erected on the surface of the slope framework having the slope frames formed in a lattice with a number of vertical and lateral concrete frames 1, 2 and installed on the surface of a slope. Vertical wall members 14 are bridged between the columns and the plantation shelves are installed for storing a plantation soil material. When plantation is applied into the plantation shelves, longitudinal supports 10 are fixed to the surfaces of the vertical frames located at a height to be constructed, the lower ends of the columns 11 are pivotally mounted on the supports, space restrictions 12 are laid between the upper end of the column 11 and the upper end of the support, at least a pair of upper and lower lateral linear materials 13a, 13b are supported stranding over the upper end and lower ends of the columns and vertical wall members consisting of net materials 14 are supported between the linear materials.
