PURPOSE: A debugging method using a hot key is provided to debug a hardware board by storing key values of commands and data being inputted successively and executing the key values successively when a specific key is inputted. CONSTITUTION: A key input from a user is waited(ST1). It is judged whether a key value inputted from the user is a simultaneous input of a shift key and a function key, a simultaneous input of a control key and a specific English character key, or an input of a function key only(ST2). If the inputted key value is a simultaneous input of a shift key and a function key, a memory corresponded to the function key is allocated, all key values being inputted from that moment are stored and the stage is returned to the above (ST1) stage(ST3). If the inputted key value is a simultaneous input of a control key and a specific English character key, storage of inputted key values is terminated and the stage is returned to the above (ST1) stage(ST4). If the inputted key value is an input of a function key only, key values stored in the memory corresponded to the function key are output successively and the stage is returned to the above (ST1) stage(ST5). If the inputted key value is not corresponded to the above stages, a general process with respect to the inputted key values is performed and the stage is returned to the above (ST1) stage(ST6).
