PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust heat recovery controller, in which the recovery of exhaust heat from a heat source, such as an engine, is optimized according to the heating load. SOLUTION: The exhaust heat recovery controller comprises the heat source (engine 2) for radiating heat, an exhaust heat recovery path (6) for making a heating medium (4) circulate to the heat source and recovering exhaust heat from the heat source to the heating medium, pumps (circulating pumps 16 and 45) for circulating the heating medium to the heat source, heating terminals (indoor heat radiator 102 and bathroom heating and drier 104), a heat exchanger (26) for heating hot water (98), to be circulated to the heating terminals by the heat of the heating medium and a control means (control part 124) for controlling the rotating speed of the pumps according to the operations of the heating terminals to control the temperature of the heating medium; and optimization and making it efficient in the recovery of the exhaust heat from the heat source such as the engine are realized according to the heating load. |
