PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a seal member between an outer circumference of a protruding part of an end cover and an inner circumference of a case from protruding out while a manufacturing cost is not significantly increased. SOLUTION: An end surface on an end cover 1' side of a magnet 3 is brought into contact with or placed close to a tip surface of a protruding part 1a. Therefore, even if a seal member 6 is moved toward the magnet 3 side by vibration, its movement is restricted by the end surface of the magnet 3 and it is kept in a space between a small diameter outer circumference of a protruding part 1a and an inner circumferential surface of a case without protruding out. With such a constitution, the sealing performance of a coupling parts between the end cover 1 and the case 5 can be maintained.
