The present invention refers to 5S rDNA vectors that can be used to transform laboratory yeast strains, industrial prototrofic yeast strains and wild yeast strains, belonging to the <i>Saccharomyces</i> genus or to others yeast genus denominated "Non-<i>Saccharomyces</i>. The 5S rDNA vector are formed by 2,1kb EcoRI-EcoRI <i>S. cerevisiae</i> rDNA fragments that include the 5S gene and the NTS1 and NTS2 spacers and other genes. The F1-9g18 vector has the glicoamilase gene expression cassette of <i>Aspergillus awamory</i> inserted in the Hpal site of the NTS1 spacer. The FA-4 has the geneticine (G418) resistance gene inserted in the Hpal site of the NTS1 spacer, and the FGG7 vector has the geneticine (G418) resistance gene inserted in the Hpal site of the NTS1 spacer, and the glicoamilase gene expression cassette of <i>Aspergillus awmory</i> cloned in the HindIII site of the NTS1 spacer. |
