PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lens barrel which is easily temporarily stuck even after eccentricity adjustment or/and after tilting adjustment and also is easily temporarily stuck even in the case that the eccentricity adjustment is not needed and optical equipment having it. SOLUTION: In the lens barrel having a first optical device holding member to hold a first optical device, a connection plate which is coupled by using a first coupling member and whose position in a direction orthogonal with an optical axis is adjusted and a second element holding member coupled with the connection plate by using a second coupling member, the connection plate and the first optical device holding member has surfaces abutting with each other in an optical axis direction, and the abutting surface of the first device holding member is provided with a hole part, and the connection plate is provided with a through-hole, and the hole part and the through-hole are made into a shape by which at least a part of the hole part is exposed through the through-hole when the connection plate is coupled with the first device holding member.
