The plugging device has an elastic sleeve to go in the hole, with a boring for a plug (4). The plug can be moved between a closed position and a venting or air bleeding position. A sealing element (13) is fitted in order to make it more visible that the plug has been moved at least once from the closed position to the venting or air bleeding position.
