PURPOSE: To provide a structure for a display device using an organic light- emitting element with which a superb display performance is secured with generation of point defect or the like suppressed and a long-term reliability is enhanced. CONSTITUTION: Intervals between an organic light-emitting element 106 and a sealing board 101 are controlled at top end of a bank 107 fitted at a pixel part 120 and on the top end of an insulation film 108 fitted at a driving circuit part 121. By providing a gap between the organic light-emitting element and the sealing board, damage to the light-emitting element is suppressed. Furthermore, since an element board and the sealing board can be put as close to each other as possible, water infiltrating from the side face of the display device is kept less. |
