HEAT PIPE FOR COLLECTING WASTE HEAT

摘要

PURPOSE: A heat pipe for collecting waste heat is provided to improve heat efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A heat pipe(20) is made of aluminum or copper, filled with various kind of fluid and has a radiating fin(22) integrally formed on a periphery of a tube by form rolling in wave shape having successive concave parts and protrusive parts with height of 5-15mm and thickness of 0.25-0.7mm to expand heat transfer area. Fine grooves are formed on an inner circumferential surface of the heat pipe in longitudinal direction with height of 0.1-0.3mm and width of 1-1.5mm to improve heat transfer rate.
