PURPOSE: Provided is an ultrasonic molding method for ceramic bolts and nuts which produces ceramic bolts and nuts showing resistance to DI-water, acid, alkali, fume, steam, gas or so on so that it helps to reduce inferiority rate to a maximum degree. CONSTITUTION: In the bolts and the nuts which are comprised of synthetic resins or plastics, the ultrasonic molding method for the ceramic bolts and nuts comprises the steps of: (i) mixing ceramic powder and water; (ii) making the mixed ceramic in a globular shape within a chamber at 80deg.C in a spray style; (iii) putting the globular ceramic into a press molder and molding firstly at 1-2ton/cm¬2; (iv) sintering at 1200-2000deg.C for 6-16 hours at a sintering furnace; and (v) processing the firstly processed bolt or nut by ultrasonic wave to form the bolt and the nut perfectly. |
