PURPOSE: A steaming bag is provided to sanitarily cook food without using a fire generating tool with improving the convenience of use by installing a heating member in the steaming bag. CONSTITUTION: A steaming bag(10) includes a heating bag(20) having a heating member(22) therein and a water bag(30) containing water therein. In addition, a sanitary bag(40) having foods therein is installed in the steaming bag(10). In a state that foods are contained in the sanitary bag(40), the heating bag(20) having the heating member(22) is withdrawn from the steaming bag(10). Then, the heating member(22) is withdrawn from the heating bag(20) by cutting a cutting line(100) formed at an upper portion of the heating bag(20) so as to put the heating member(22) into the steaming bag(10). Water contained in the steaming bag(10) makes contact with the heating member(22) so that steam is generated.
