PURPOSE: A contents syndication system and method is provided to offer charged or free contents, desired by a user, via contents providers to a bulletin board, and to enable the user to upload the offered contents at the bulletin for enabling other user, using the same bulletin board, to use the contents. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of a syndication server checking if a user accesses a home page over the internet(S100), the syndication server determining if the user is a member(S200), the server checking if the user selects one among various categories of contents, for example, a news, an amusement, a hobby and others in a case that the accessing user is a member(S300), the server receiving the selected contents from a corresponding contents provider or personal site operator, and offering the selected contents to a bulletin board via a user terminal(S400), the server checking if the user inputting the contents at the bulletin board(S500), and the server returning to the step S300 in a case that the user does not input the contents at the bulletin board, and the server transmitting the contents to other users, who use the same bulletin board, in a case that the user inputs the contents at the bulletin board(S600).
