PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail guide device capable of stably parallel movement and a bicycle loading device therewith. SOLUTION: This rail guide device 2 is composed of a rail part 7 having two rails extending in parallel, and a plurality of guide members 8 guided along the rail part 7. A bicycle parking apparatus 1 is constructed by installing the bicycle loading device 3 on respective guide members 8. The guide member 8 includes a pair of rollers 16, 17 placed on the respective rails 5, 6 and a pair of lateral rollers 18, 19 which are provided between the respective rails 5, 6 and coming into contact with the respective rails 5, 6 from downward diagonally. The rollers 18, 19 permit the guide member 8 to be guided smoothly without causing looseness. It is thus possible to move a bicycle in parallel with a small force.
