PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that in a rotary type ashtray mounted on an automobile, it is conventionally troublesome that gathering cigarette butts are taken out and especially when an ash tray is filled with cigarette buts, hands are foiled it is troublesome work. SOLUTION: In a rotary type ashtray fixed at an automobile, an inner case to contain cigarette butts and other is constituted separably from the ash tray body and an extinguishments part for live cigarette butt to make a fire put out is rotatably fixed at the inner case or an ashtray body and by rotating the extinguishments part, a claw body operated in cooperation with the extinguishment part for live cigarette butt is situated at the inner case.
