PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a child seat at a vehicle seat in a state to reliably remove looseness of webbing without needing special operation. SOLUTION: A pair of interference part 38 are formed on the back of a child seat body 22. Meanwhile, a tension plate 58 is rockably mounted on a base 20. When the child seat body 22 is inclined frontward around a guide roller 34 serving as a fulcrum, the tension plate 58 is brought into a standing up state. With this state, the base 20 is temporarily fixed at the vehicle seat 12 by using webbing 26. Thereafter, when, by rotating the child seat body 22 in an opposite direction, the child seat body is mounted on the base 20, the tension plate 58 is rocked by the interference part 38, the webbing 26 is pressed down to the bottom side of the base 20 to remove looseness.
