PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure allowing increasing surface pressure between fixtures without increasing the number of fixtures in the seal structure for sealing members with each other. SOLUTION: In this seal structure, a curved part 16 curved such that the center between bolt members 15, 15 protrudes most toward a flange type seal part 8 is formed on a portion to be arranged between the bolt members 15, 15 of a flange part 12 of a retainer 10 for sandwiching the seal part 8 of a steering cover 5 to an opening peripheral part of a piercing hole 2 of a dash panel 1. The curved part 16 abuts on the seal part 8 and is elastically deformed as the seal part 8 is fastened by the bolt members 15, 15, and then the surface pressure between the bolt members 15, 15 is increased as the same level as when the near portion of the bolt member 15 is fastened without increasing the number of the bolt members 15, 15 by pressing the portion between the bolt members 15, 15 of the seal part 8 against the dash panel 1.
