<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser marking apparatus that can reduce vibration generating in a galvano-mirror. SOLUTION: A galvano-mount 28X is fixed to a case 10 or the other galvano- mount 28Y at one end 28A and a projection 28B which are situated at both ends across a holding hole 34 for holding the driving motor of the galvano- mirror. The other galvano-mount 28Y is also fixed to the galvano-mount 28X or a base 11 at the upper part 28D and the lower part 28C which are situated at both ends across a holding hole 39 for holding the driving motor of the galvano-mirror. As a result, the galvano-mounts 28X, 28Y can be fixed stronger by being fastened in a double sustained fashion compared with conventional fixing in a cantilever fashion, thereby enabling vibration to be reduced in the galvano-mirrors 24X, 24Y.</p> |
