WIRE FOR SPIRAL BODY, MEDICAL INSERTION WIRE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE WIRE FOR SPIRAL BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire for a spiral body which has good contrastradiographic property, sufficient softness and strength and simple structure, which never requires high-level technique for manufacturing and which can form a spiral body of high manufacturing efficiency, and to provide a medical insertion wire using the wire. SOLUTION: The wire body for the spiral body has a large-diameter wire part for non-contrastradiographic spiral body and a wire part for contrastradiographic spiral body obtained by forming coating of contrastradiographic metal on the surface of non-contrastradiographic core wire of a small diameter formed integrally with the wire body for the non- contrastradiographic spiral body. The wire for the spiral body is manufactured like this. The medical insertion wire is obtained by coiling and mounting the spiral body on the tip part of the core wire for insertion wire.
