PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for molding a woody synthetic board which inhibits the generation of cells, cavities or the like and uses a high-density molding material with a density uniformity, especially a thin woody synthetic board, for example, with a thickness of 2 to 18 mm and a width of 300 to 1,800 mm. SOLUTION: A molding die 10 equipped with a molding chamber 22 is connected to an extrusion die 19 of an extruder 70 which thermally kneads woodflour and extrudes the kneaded woodflour by means of a screw. Further, a fluororesin sheet 24 is laminated on the inner wall face of the molding chamber 22. In addition, at least the ends, opposed to each other in the vertical direction, of an inlet 12 of the molding die 10, are curved and the fluororesin sheet 24 is laminated, in a folded fashion, on the inner wall face. On the other hand, a take-up means for moldings is installed near an outlet 23 of the molding die 10. |
