PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame which can adjust the compensation for drifts without requiring stooping further more quickly and simply than ever by arranging an ideal adjusting means for restricting the drifts possible on the frame without limiting (reducing) the facility of the motion of the frame. SOLUTION: The frame which has at least one vertically rotating shaft (30) or a rotary bearing (33) turnably arranged through a turning arm (11), a frame strut (1) and a frame leg (2) are so arranged that the rotating shaft (30) or the rotary bearing (33) is turnable and adjustable within at least two planes vertical to each other in the positional relationship with respect to the frame leg (2). |
