PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method/equipment for deciding a momentary phase in a breathing cycle, the average number of breathing of a patient and the preparation of supporting air infiltration. SOLUTION: The method is provided with a step for specifying elastance for the patient, a step for providing the support of air infiltration for the patient, a step for deciding the measured value of a breathing air flow, a step for deciding an index value expressing the suddenly varying range of leak by using the measured value of the breathing air flow, a step for calculating the exhalation volume of an air flow as the function of the measured value of the breathing air flow and the index value, and a step for calculating the momentary elastic reactionary pressure as the function of the exhalation volume and the elastance. |
