METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BELT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a belt by which a thin layer of a synthetic resin can be certainly formed on the outer periphery of the flexible belt. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the belt by forming a release layer 14 on the outer peripheral face of a cylindrical thin-walled belt base 10 with flexibility, the internal space of a belt body 10 is hermetically closed and the belt body 10 is internally pressurized. Thus the apparent rigidity of the outer periphery of the belt body 10 is enhanced and the release layer 14 is formed on the outer peripheral face of the belt body 10.
