PURPOSE: An apparatus for sensing termination in a mobile wireless telephone is provided to automatically block a reproduced audio signal, inform a user that a call is terminated, and perform a telephone call with a caller through an earphone when a termination signal is sensed in situation in which a user listens to the audio signal reproduced from an audio reproducing device by using the earphone. CONSTITUTION: The first interfacing unit(52) connects to an earphone jack of a mobile wireless telephone(30), interfaces a user voice signal amplified through an amplifying unit(57) to the mobile wireless telephone(30), and interfaces a voice signal of a caller inputted from the mobile wireless telephone(30) to a switching unit(56) when being converted into a cellular phone mode. The second interfacing unit(51) connects to an earphone jack of an audio reproducing device(40), and interfaces an audio signal reproduced from the audio reproducing device(40) to the switching unit(56). The third interfacing unit(58) interfaces the audio signal reproduced from the audio reproducing device(40) to stereo earphones in an audio reproducing mode, and interfaces a voice signal inputted from one earphone between the stereo earphones to the amplifying unit(57) through the switching unit(56) in the cellular phone mode. The third interfacing unit(58) outputs the voice signal of the caller inputted from the mobile wireless telephone(30) through the switching unit(56) to the other earphone.
